Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
About The Position
The organization is hiring licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists provide individual and/or couples therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations. This W2-employed role offers full-time and part-time options, a productivity-based compensation model, and a hybrid work arrangement with in-person and remote flexibility. The position is based in a new Spokane office, with locations throughout the area intended to make commuting easier. The schedule is flexible, Monday through Friday, with weekends optional.
Requirements
- Hold a full Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
- Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
