Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring fully licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The W-2 employed role offers full-time and part-time options, with compensation based on productivity and an uncapped earning potential. Therapists may work in a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility, and schedules are flexible. The position is based at a new Kirkland office, with locations throughout the area to make commuting easier. Weekends are optional. Therapists who can provide in-person supervision to associates may do so for $70 per hour, for two hours per week per associate.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LICSW.
- Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
- Provide therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Optionally provide in-person supervision to associates for $70 per hour, two hours per week per associate.
