Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
About The Position
We are hiring licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists are a critical part of the clinician team and provide individual and/or couples therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations. This is a W-2 employed position with compensation based on productivity and uncapped earning potential. Part-time and full-time options are available. The role offers a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility, flexible scheduling, and weekday hours, with weekends optional. Offices include a new Edmonds location and other locations throughout the area.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy.
- Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Contribute as a therapist on the clinician team.
