About The Position
We are hiring a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a remote telehealth opening in Washington. The role involves providing therapy, helping clients understand their challenges, set treatment goals, and make progress through ongoing therapy and support. Daily clinical work also includes documentation and care planning. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the salary is $115,000 to $120,000 a year.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active Washington LICSW license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfort using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions through telehealth
- Complete assessments and clinical interviews
- Create and manage treatment plans
- Provide ongoing therapeutic support
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation
- Coordinate with other providers when needed
