About The Position
This remote LICSW position is designed for a licensed clinician who wants to provide high-quality mental health support from a telehealth setting. You will help clients identify concerns, set treatment goals, process challenges, and make steady progress through consistent clinical care.
Requirements
- Active Washington LICSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing clinical counseling or therapy
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote care setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual therapy services to clients in Washington
- Assess client needs and clinical presentation
- Build treatment plans based on client goals and diagnosis
- Keep clear, compliant, and timely documentation
- Provide crisis support within the scope of outpatient telehealth care
- Maintain professional standards for privacy and ethics
