Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- LICSW certification in Massachusetts
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual therapy and crisis intervention sessions
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
- Stay current with clinical trends and best practices in telehealth
