About The Position
We are hiring a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a remote telehealth opening. This role is a great fit for someone who wants to provide high-quality therapy while working from home in a full-time weekday position. In this role, you’ll help clients understand their challenges, set treatment goals, and make steady progress through ongoing therapy and support. You’ll also handle documentation and care planning as part of daily clinical work.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Active West Virginia LICSW license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions through telehealth
- Complete assessments and clinical interviews
- Create and manage treatment plans
- Provide ongoing therapeutic support
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation
- Coordinate with other providers when needed
