About The Position
Are you an LICSW with a passion for remote care? Join our growing telehealth team and provide high-quality therapy to individuals across Massachusetts. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on clients’ mental health and well-being. This is a Full-Time position with a salary range of $115,000–$120,000/year plus full benefits, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- LICSW certification in Massachusetts
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and support through video and phone sessions
- Develop treatment goals and conduct assessments
- Manage case files and maintain up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
- Adhere to all HIPAA and state regulations in practice
