About The Position
This full-time, telehealth position is for a West Virginia-licensed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). The clinician provides virtual therapy to adults with a range of mental health concerns and works to understand the clinical and day-to-day factors affecting each client. The role includes direct therapy, case follow-up, documentation, and connecting clients with services beyond the scope of counseling. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. The stated salary range is $115,000–$120,000 per year.
Requirements
- Active West Virginia LICSW license.
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Experience in clinical mental health treatment.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms.
- Strong organization and professional judgment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adults.
- Review each client’s history, current concerns, and overall situation.
- Provide diagnosis and clinical support within the scope of practice.
- Keep session notes and other required records complete and current.
- Revisit cases when symptoms, circumstances, or risk levels change.
- Help clients access community, healthcare, or support services when appropriate.
- Communicate with other providers when coordination is needed.
- Follow West Virginia licensing, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
