About The Position

This full-time, remote telehealth position is for a Washington-licensed Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). The clinician works with adults experiencing mental health concerns, difficult life changes, relationship stress, grief, and other challenges affecting daily life. The role offers the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with clients, understand the circumstances behind their concerns, and provide steady clinical support throughout therapy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Active Washington license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent independent social work license.
• 1–2+ years of experience providing clinical therapy.
• Comfortable working in a remote setting and using telehealth technology.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients for scheduled individual therapy sessions.
• Complete psychosocial and diagnostic evaluations.
• Identify clinical concerns and determine next steps for care.
• Use appropriate therapeutic techniques during sessions.
• Provide brief interventions and practical skill-building when helpful.
• Keep clinical notes and required records current.
• Connect clients with outside resources or services when appropriate.
• Take part in case consultation with other clinicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Washington LICSW requirements.
