About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to deliver structured, professional mental health services through telehealth. In this role, you will support clients with therapy, care planning, and practical strategies that help them work through personal, emotional, and social challenges.
Requirements
- Active Washington LICSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing clinical counseling or therapy
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote care setting
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote clinical assessments and intake sessions
- Provide ongoing therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Document sessions, progress notes, and care updates
- Support clients in building coping skills and healthier patterns
- Follow state, ethical, and confidentiality guidelines
