Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
About The Position
The organization is hiring licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This is a W-2 employed position with a productivity-based compensation model and uncapped earning potential. The role offers part-time and full-time options, a flexible schedule, and a hybrid arrangement combining in-person and remote work. Offices are located throughout the area, including a newly designed office in Edmonds, to make commuting easier. Therapists provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents.
Requirements
- Hold an active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
