Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists are part of the clinician team and provide therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents, individually and/or as couples. The position offers part-time and full-time options, a flexible schedule, and a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility. Offices are located throughout the area, including a new office in Kirkland. Therapists who can provide in-person supervision to associates may do so for $70 per hour, for two hours per week per associate.
Requirements
- Hold a full Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
- Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to provide in-person supervision to associates.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or children and adolescents.
- Provide in-person supervision to associates, if qualified and able; supervision is compensated at $70 per hour for two hours per week per associate.
