About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a licensed Behavioral Health clinician for a fully remote case management role supporting members with complex behavioral and physical health needs. The clinician provides assessment, care planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination, helping members access appropriate treatment and support. The position is remote within the United States, with a Monday–Friday business-hours schedule and no weekends or holidays. The role involves working from a quiet, secure, private home workspace that meets CVS Health and HIPAA guidelines and the stated internet and technical requirements. The company provides computer and related equipment; colleagues provide their own workspace furniture. The position is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The pay range is $60,522–$129,615, and the role is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health field.
Active, unrestricted independent Behavioral Health license, such as LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of post-master’s direct clinical experience in hospital, ambulatory, outpatient, or similar behavioral health settings.
At least 3 years of experience treating mental health and substance use disorders.
At least 3 years of experience in crisis intervention and using Motivational Interviewing techniques.
Strong technical proficiency and ability to document while engaging members telephonically.
Ability to obtain and maintain a direct, hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 7 feet of the computer, with at least 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload; WiFi and satellite internet are not permitted.
A quiet, secure, private, designated home work location that is free from distractions, organized, compliant with CVS Health and HIPAA guidelines, and allows uninterrupted work during work hours.
Work within the state and city where the colleague has confirmed they currently live.
Provide workspace furniture, such as a desk or standing desk, and comply with work-from-home requirements.
Comfort with setting up and using multiple monitors and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
Ability to use digital communication tools, such as email, calendar invites, Teams messaging, and virtual meetings.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications or similar tools such as Google Workspace.
Ability to access secure systems, use appropriate computer and password security, and recognize suspicious emails or links.
Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues independently and contact IT for unresolved issues.
Openness to learning new skills as the workplace environment evolves.

Responsibilities
