About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a licensed Behavioral Health clinician for a fully remote case management role supporting members with complex behavioral and physical health needs. The clinician conducts assessments, creates individualized care plans, coordinates care, provides crisis intervention, and supports access to behavioral health and substance use disorder services. The role uses clinical judgment, Motivational Interviewing, technology, and clinical systems to engage members and document care. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday business-hours schedule and no weekends or holidays. It may be performed remotely within the United States, subject to the company's work-from-home requirements, including a wired internet connection, a quiet and secure private workspace, and working from the state and city where the employee resides. CVS Health provides computer equipment, while employees provide workspace furniture. The position has a stated pay range of $60,522 to $129,615 and is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent Behavioral Health license, such as LCSW, LISW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of post-master's direct clinical experience in hospital, ambulatory, outpatient, or similar behavioral health settings.
• At least 3 years of experience treating mental health and substance use disorders.
• At least 3 years of experience in crisis intervention and using Motivational Interviewing techniques.
• Strong technical proficiency and ability to document while engaging members telephonically.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a direct, hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 7 feet of the computer, with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi and satellite internet are not permitted.
• Ability to maintain a quiet, secure, private, organized, and distraction-free home workspace compliant with CVS Health and HIPAA guidelines.
• Must work within the state and city where the employee has confirmed they currently live.
• Ability to use multiple monitors and navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate through email, calendar invitations, Teams messaging, and virtual meetings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications or similar tools such as Google Workspace.
• Ability to access secure systems, follow computer and password security practices, and recognize suspicious emails or links.
• Ability to resolve common technical issues independently and contact IT for unresolved issues.
• Openness to learning new skills as the workplace environment evolves.

Responsibilities
