About The Position

I Am Boundless is a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and has served Ohio for over 40 years. The Behavioral Health Clinician – Licensed Social Worker provides person-centered, trauma-informed support and coordinates services for people with I/DD, including individuals with co-occurring behavioral health needs such as autism spectrum disorder and mental health conditions. The role aims to improve functioning across behavioral health, adaptive skills, communication, and community integration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social work.
Experience working with people with mental health conditions.
Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification for adults, children, and infants; training will be provided if needed.
Personal vehicle for transporting clients as needed.
Ability to pass training to become certified to provide physical intervention as needed.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable.
Valid car insurance.
Licensed through the State of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW).

Responsibilities
