Requirements

Licensed HVAC Installer in Connecticut (S-2, D-2, or equivalent)
2+ years of HVAC field experience
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Ability to read/interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals
Tech-savvy (comfortable with tablets, mobile apps, and work-related software)
Customer-focused, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
Willingness to work Saturdays/on-call rotations when needed

Responsibilities

Lead and perform installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems (residential + light commercial)
Mentor and train apprentices on-site, providing real growth opportunities
