About The Position

Wade Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration is currently in search of a Lead HVAC Installer for their Leetsdale, PA location serving the metro Pittsburgh area. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate for this position possesses at least 3 years of running residential HVAC installs. Requirements

3+ years of experience with 1 year of experience training or mentoring
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required

OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred

Responsibilities

Perform installation of residential HVAC, including Water heaters, PV Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Dryer Vents, and Dehumidifiers.
Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns
Help train new hires in the field during installations
Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
