The HVAC Install Lead's primary duties involve performing retrofit replacements for HVAC systems, working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. This role includes conducting safety and performance tests, checking for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks, and placing a heavy emphasis on customer service. Daily tasks also involve technical aspects, collecting payments, providing accurate information about homes and situations, and maintaining truck inventory levels. Communication with homeowners about the system's status after service is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HVAC experience
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Valid drivers license
• Have and maintain a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems
• Work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners
• Conduct safety and performance tests for each system(s)
• Check the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks
• Emphasize customer service
• Handle the technical aspect of the job
• Collect payments
