About The Position

Beltone is seeking a Licensed Hearing Care Professional (Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist) to join their team. This role involves providing an exceptional hearing healthcare experience to patients, changing their lives by delivering the gift of hearing. The role includes administering comprehensive hearing evaluations, providing professional recommendations for rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories, educating patients about hearing healthcare, and handling community outreach for referrals. Requirements

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Connecticut OR AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Connecticut.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Value integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and our staff.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
• Handle community outreach, such as calling on physicians for referrals.
