Requirements

Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Connecticut OR Desire to obtain a license in the state of Connecticut OR AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Connecticut
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

2+ years dispensing or fitting experience.
Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
Educate patients about hearing healthcare and community involvement.
Handle community outreach, such as calling on physicians for referrals.
