About The Position
AudioNova is seeking a Hearing Care Professional Trainee to join their team in Clinton, IA. This paid training program is designed to provide individuals with the hands-on experience, knowledge, and support needed to become a licensed Hearing Care Professional. In this role, trainees will work closely with experienced clinicians to gain real-world experience in patient care and hearing technology. Responsibilities include initial hearing evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care, playing a key role in helping patients reconnect with the sounds that matter most while building strong relationships within the community.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or above required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Clear verbal and written communication

- Healthcare environment experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Train on all aspects of the Hearing Care Professional role in preparation for state licensure
- Support patients alongside licensed clinicians, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care
- Learn to perform hearing aid fittings, adjustments, cleanings, and repairs
- Educate patients on their technology to help them meet their hearing goals
- Participate in local marketing and community outreach to grow awareness of hearing health
