About The Position
Mirus, LLC is the largest locally owned and operated Great Clips franchise in Virginia and is urgently hiring licensed hair stylists in Chesterfield. Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. We offer flexible schedules, with the potential for stylists to earn as much as $70,000+ per year through various compensation methods. Full-time stylists receive a minimum of $15 hourly base pay, plus tips, productivity bonuses, retail bonuses, and customer loyalty bonuses. Full-time employees also benefit from paid holidays and vacation time, a free Care.com membership, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401k retirement savings plan with company match. Part-time employees also receive benefits such as dental and life insurance.
