About The Position
Park Dental Elk River is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a friendly, team-oriented practice. The role provides preventive and periodontal care, patient education, and close collaboration with doctors and team members to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Hygienists maintain accurate clinical documentation and help create a welcoming experience for each patient. Compensation starts at $60 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $88 per hour through incentive programs, plus a sign-on bonus. Park Dental offers clinical support, flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and modern technology. The posted schedule is Monday 12:30 p.m.–8:15 p.m.; Tuesday through Friday 6:30 a.m.–2:15 p.m.; with Friday off from June through August and Saturday work six times per year.
