Licensed Dental Hygienist - Elk River
About The Position
Park Dental Elk River is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join its friendly, team-oriented practice. Hygienists are an essential part of the care team, working in a supportive environment focused on quality, patient-centered care and strong relationships with patients. Compensation starts at $60 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $88 per hour through incentive programs, plus a sign-on bonus. The role includes flexible scheduling, clinical support, comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and modern technology. Park Dental also offers opportunities for growth and career advancement. The schedule is Monday 12:30 p.m.–8:15 p.m.; Tuesday through Friday 6:30 a.m.–2:15 p.m. Friday is off from June through August. The role also includes Saturday work six times per year.
