Licensed Dental Hygienist - Champlin
About The Position
Park Dental Champlin is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join its friendly, team-oriented practice. The role provides preventive and periodontal care, patient education, and clinical documentation while working closely with doctors and other team members to deliver quality care and a welcoming patient experience. Compensation starts at $60 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $88 per hour through incentive programs, plus a sign-on bonus. Park Dental describes a supportive, doctor-led, patient-centered culture, with clinical support, flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, modern technology, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.; Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.; Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. every other week; and Saturday eight times per year.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and periodontal care to patients.
- Educate patients on oral health and long-term wellness.
- Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver excellent care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.
