About The Position

CentraCare Dental Clinic is seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to join its team at Rice Memorial Hospital. The clinic is a community outreach site for the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, combining dental care with teaching. The position supports a stable, collaborative team and contributes to a safe and positive patient experience. The Licensed Dental Assistant provides chairside assistance to dental students, dental therapy students, faculty, and/or licensed dental staff in services rendered to patients. Duties include chairside, laboratory, and X-ray procedures, as well as other assigned duties. The schedule is 72 hours every two weeks: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Starting pay begins at $29.99 per hour and increases with experience; the listed pay range is $27.80–$41.70 per hour. A $2,500 hiring bonus and, if applicable, a $5,000 relocation bonus are offered, subject to eligibility requirements. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited dental assistant program.
Licensed by the State of Minnesota.
Current CPR certification.
