About The Position

Park Dental is hiring a Licensed Dental Assistant for its Bloomington Central practice. The assistant supports doctors and clinical teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, helps patients feel comfortable, and contributes to an efficient clinical workflow. The listed starting wage range is $30.50–$34.65 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.–5:45 p.m. with a 60-minute lunch; Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:45 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch; Friday and Saturday off.

Requirements

• Current Minnesota Dental Assistant License.
• Certification to apply dental sealants, perform gingival cord displacement, and monitor nitrous oxide in Minnesota.
• Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or an equivalent accredited provider.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures.
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Help support efficient clinical workflows and patient care delivery.
