Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) Sign-on Bonus $5,000
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join its clinical team in Kansas City, Missouri, or Kansas. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare in a group practice setting, serving children, adolescents, and/or patients across the lifespan. The position uses a hybrid model and offers administrative support, modern offices, and digital technology so clinicians can focus on patient care. Candidates must be independently licensed in Missouri and willing to hold or obtain a Kansas license for billing purposes. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Compensation ranges from $85,640 to $116,826, with an annual bonus of up to $8,000; the compensation model is based on productivity. No nights or weekends are required.
Requirements
- Independent licensure in Missouri as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Willingness to have or obtain Kansas licensure for billing purposes.
