About The Position

Northeast Family Services is a mental health provider with over 20 years of experience serving children, youth, and families. We are seeking an experienced clinician (LCSW or LMHC-D) with supervisory experience to join our New York team. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff, overseeing structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral health needs. The role involves managing direct care staff, overseeing the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans, and carrying a small caseload. A hybrid work schedule is available, and a language differential is provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi speakers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field.
• Independent NY state licensure is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Access to secure internet required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff.
• Oversee the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans.
• Manage direct care staff.
• Carry a small caseload.
• Complete Intake Assessments.
• Support new staff through the orientation process by modeling and coaching.
• Complete and review Treatment Plans within the Electronic Health Record.
• Provide weekly clinical and task supervision to staff team members.
• Model the process of opening new cases including initial home visit.
