About The Position

Swedish Cherry Hill is a specialty hospital focused on care coordination for neuro and cardiac patients, and is a comprehensive stroke center. Clinicians need prior hospital experience. Perm candidates of any other providence facility (non-Swedish) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. This role will accept 1st-time travelers.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• BLS certification
• LSWAIC certification
• 1 year of experience
• Inpatient/Acute Care experience
• Case Management experience
• Epic experience
• Prior hospital experience

Nice To Haves

• Travelers may be floated to other Swedish campuses if census is low (Issaquah, First Hill, Ballard).

Responsibilities

• Engage in care coordination for neuro and cardiac patients.
• Provide services at a comprehensive stroke center.
• Fulfill weekend coverage requirements, a minimum of 2 weekend days per month (typically not scheduled together, e.g., one Saturday and one Sunday per month, but not on the same weekend).
