About The Position
Serve as a Resilience and Performance Coach supporting a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. This is an on-site, performance-focused role delivering resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team; it is not traditional outpatient behavioral health. The employer is recruiting U.S.-based LCSWs who are ready to relocate to Germany. Relocation assistance and full OCONUS living support are provided.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted U.S. LCSW license.
- Experience in behavioral health, resilience, or performance.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to relocate to and work in Germany.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with military, veteran, or operational populations.
- Performance psychology experience.
- Active U.S. security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver resilience- and performance-focused programming and consultation.
- Provide brief, evidence-based interventions and coordinate referrals.
- Support crisis response, personnel recovery, and reintegration.
- Partner with operational psychology and human-performance staff.
