About The Position
A full-time opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services in a structured telehealth setting. The LCSW will work directly with clients to assess mental health needs, deliver evidence-based care, and guide treatment over time. The role is suited to a clinician who values steady client contact, strong documentation, and meaningful clinical work in an online setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth.
- Identify client needs, treatment goals, and appropriate interventions.
- Develop clear, goal-based treatment plans.
- Document sessions, assessments, and progress notes promptly.
- Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and internal policies.
