About The Position
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides remote mental health services to clients through therapeutic interventions, supporting their mental health and emotional well-being. The position is based in Connecticut and is conducted remotely via telehealth. It is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and pays $115,000–$120,000 per year plus full benefits.
Requirements
- Active LCSW certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy via telehealth.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments.
- Document client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
