Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
About The Position
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides remote video-based therapy to adults, couples, and families across Louisiana. The role focuses on helping clients understand relationship dynamics and how changes at home, stress, grief, or ongoing disagreements may affect them. The clinician leads therapy conversations, organizes each case, and responds appropriately when concerns require review or care beyond routine therapy. The position is full-time and follows a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. The clinician maintains clear and current clinical notes, coordinates with other professionals when necessary, protects client privacy, and practices in accordance with Louisiana LCSW and HIPAA requirements. The stated salary range is $115,000–$120,000 per year.
Requirements
- Active Louisiana LCSW license in good standing.
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings.
- Comfortable with EHR documentation and video-based care.
- Reliable internet and a private workspace for sessions.

- Telehealth experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual, couples, and family sessions by video.
- Help clients discuss recurring issues in their relationships or home life.
- Explore family roles, expectations, boundaries, and major changes when relevant.
- Keep clinical notes clear and current after appointments.
- Recognize situations that require closer review, referral, or a different level of care.
- Communicate with other professionals when coordination is necessary.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and protect client privacy.
- Practice in accordance with Louisiana LCSW and HIPAA requirements.
