About The Position
This Hawaii-based remote role is for a licensed clinician who wants to provide mental health care through secure online counseling. You will work with clients who are looking for steady support, clear guidance, and a care experience that can fit more easily into their day. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, remote flexibility, and the opportunity to serve clients across Hawaii through telehealth.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Hawaii license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience in therapy, counseling, or clinical social work
- Comfortable providing remote care through telehealth
- Strong client communication and documentation skills
- Able to maintain consistency and professionalism in a virtual care setting
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual counseling services to clients located in Hawaii
- Complete assessments, treatment planning, session notes, and progress documentation
- Support clients with mental health, emotional wellness, relationship issues, and stress-related concerns
- Maintain a respectful and confidential telehealth environment
- Deliver care using ethical and evidence-informed counseling practices
