About The Position

Serve as a Resilience and Performance Coach supporting a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. The role provides resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support as part of an interdisciplinary team. The position is performance-focused rather than traditional outpatient behavioral health. U.S.-based LCSWs are being recruited and must be ready to relocate. Relocation assistance and OCONUS living support are provided.

The stated base salary is $102,000 to $114,000, plus employer-supported housing, cost-of-living support, home-leave, relocation assistance, and benefits. U.S. citizens working overseas may qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion; eligibility varies, and candidates are advised to consult a tax advisor.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. LCSW license.
• Experience in behavioral health, resilience, or performance.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to relocate to and work in Germany.
