Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) - Remote
About The Position
Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient mental health services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, including for people covered by Medicaid and Medicare, and serves patients across the lifespan. Team members work remotely from their own homes. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and offers shift options of 9 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Central Time. Compensation includes a base salary plus a bonus, with additional compensation for bilingual candidates who speak Spanish. Requirements
- Master's-level degree and licensure.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future; temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses are not supported.
- A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Ability to develop treatment plans.
- Comfort using technology throughout the workday, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish fluency is preferred and receives additional compensation.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
