About The Position

We are looking for a Nevada-licensed LCPC to provide outpatient counseling through telehealth. The counselor will work primarily with adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, or other issues affecting their day-to-day life. The counselor will be responsible for scheduled sessions and the clinical work associated with each case, including intake, documentation, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Active LCPC license in Nevada
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience
• Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients for individual counseling sessions
• Complete new-client intakes and review relevant history
• Help clients identify the concerns they want to address in therapy
• Provide counseling for emotional and behavioral health needs
• Keep case notes and required records current
• Recognize when a client may need a referral or additional services
• Follow established procedures when safety concerns arise
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries
• Practice in accordance with Nevada LCPC requirements
