About The Position

The Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) provides counseling services through telehealth while managing an assigned caseload and following clients through treatment. The position also contributes to the broader clinical work of the team through case discussions, clinical feedback, and support for documentation and practice-wide clinical standards. The role is suited to an experienced LCPC who can work independently and contribute to the quality of care delivered by the team.

The position is based in Maryland and is fully remote. It is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a stated salary range of $115,000–$120,000 per year.

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license.
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Experience mentoring or supervising counselors.
• Knowledge of evidence-based counseling models.
• Comfort working in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services through telehealth.
• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop care plans.
• Manage an assigned caseload and follow cases through treatment.
• Contribute clinical input during case reviews and team discussions.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy when needed.
• Maintain timely and organized clinical records.
• Follow Maryland licensing, ethical, and professional requirements.
