Our ample Management support includes an Executive Director, Clinical Director, Director of Operations, Biller, Site Lead, Clinical Supervisor, and Intake Coordinator who will handle scheduling, billing, EHR, and office operations. We are committed to helping our clinicians feel fulfilled in both their work and personal lives so that they can offer the best possible care to our clients. With locations in Collingswood and Moorestown, NJ, we offer both in-person and telehealth services.

Requirements

  • LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC or LSW
  • One year post graduate experience preferred
  • Ability to work 25-30 hours per week
  • Must have experience providing therapy to children
  • Able to work a minimum of 3 evenings per week
  • Ability to consistently complete documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and communication
  • Ability to utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for fee collection, file maintenance, and scheduling
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site and telehealth counseling services to persons served as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies
  • Respond to requests for service or calls within 24 hours, whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc.
  • Communicate with treatment professionals (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary while following all HIPAA guidelines
  • Communicate with manager and leadership in a timely manner and as necessary
  • Complete written records within 48 hours of session completed including, but not limited to: intake, progress, treatment plans, termination, contact notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by the company or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the consumer.
