About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults through its EmpowerMe 360 integrated model of care. The program connects therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The role focuses on helping residents build confidence, reduce fall risks, perform daily tasks, and maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction.

The COTA works as part of a collaborative team to assess residents, develop personalized care plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and support care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support. The position also contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement while maintaining professional and ethical standards. EmpowerMe Wellness partners with senior living communities nationwide and brings together therapy, pharmacy, and medical care through its EmpowerMe 360 program.

Requirements

• Current professional license in the therapy discipline, including COTA.
