Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Part-Time
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults through its EmpowerMe 360 integrated care model. The role supports seniors in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives by delivering personalized care and helping residents build confidence, reduce fall risks, and manage daily tasks. The COTA works as part of a collaborative team connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The position combines clinical therapy with care coordination, wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support. It offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, as well as opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, professional development, and cross-training. EmpowerMe Wellness partners with senior living communities nationwide. Its mission is to improve the lives of seniors and the communities they call home through integrated healthcare and meaningful, relationship-based care.
Requirements
- Hold a current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline, including COTA.
- Have a passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and wellness services to older adults.
- Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.
- Support care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
- Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
- Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction.
