About The Position

Ellie Mental Health Woodbridge is seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to provide compassionate, accessible mental health care. The role offers flexibility to work in person and remotely, with direct supervision, mentorship, and clinical support. The ideal candidate will manage a balanced caseload and be open to working with adolescents and teens. Ellie Mental Health operates independent therapy clinics providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy to the community.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, or LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Familiarity with office technology and electronic health records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Valant electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Provide grief counseling and support to patients and families.
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company policies.
