About The Position

White Pine and Gracewood Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Director for their Blaine Campus. The Assisted Living Director is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the community and for creating and leading a strong team to carry out this vision. Requirements

Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) by BELTSS Board; Required
Experience working with senior adults and serving those with a dementia diagnosis.
Strong leadership and team building skills.
Highly skilled at problem solving, organization and communication.
Positive attitude and desire to serve others.
Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the operational performance of the community, including ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, employee performance, budgeting, and operational management.
Build and maintain an impactful leadership team within the community.
Build relationships within the community and with other agencies to bring awareness of the organization and establish a positive presence in the local community.
Oversee the tour, assist with sales and admission process for incoming residents and families to ensure they are being served better than anywhere else.
Manage work comp claims, FMLA, unemployment claims, payroll, food costs, employee files, and overall financial success of the building.
