Requirements

  • Currently Licensed Alarm Installer (Massachusetts)
  • Valid Drivers License with clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction

Nice To Haves

  • Low Voltage/Journeyman/B License or above

Responsibilities

  • Install Burglar Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Networked Video Systems and Access Control Systems to code.
  • Service and troubleshoot systems as needed.
  • Teach and train customers.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate truck inventory and having knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and descriptions.
  • Learn to be an expert in the technologies we sell.
  • Be on-call rotation once training is complete.
  • Attend and complete company training programs as required.
  • Perform work assignments in a safe manner, adhering to all safety standards.
  • Perform other assigned duties as may be required from time to time, such as acquiring knowledge of our products to educate our customers regarding their systems and be capable of recommending solutions to customers' problems as needed.
  • Understand our EOS Operating Principles and make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
