Requirements

• Experience in healthcare HR, credentialing, compliance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of license verification processes and regulatory standards
• Experience working in an HRIS or credential tracking system
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data-driven environments
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive work while maintaining quality

Responsibilities

• Audit and verify licensure and credential data across a large employee population (14,000+ records)
• Perform primary source verification of licenses and credentials for non-provider staff
• Track and monitor expiration dates, renewals, and updates to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation of verification processes for regulatory requirements
• Reconcile data between HRIS systems and credentialing vendors to ensure consistency
• Identify discrepancies and update records with a high level of accuracy
