The License Owner will work with Stranger Soccer headquarters and receive support from its established operations and technology teams. Rewards are tied to performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Philadelphia.
• Recruit, train, and manage a small local team of 2–3 people, supported by Official Hosts.
• Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities.
• Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ and its operations and technology teams.
