Stranger Soccer is a football-playing platform founded in Singapore. Its app lets players find nearby games, book a place, and show up to play. The company operates in more than 10 cities and has delivered over 100,000 games worldwide. Its mission is to make playing football as easy as going for a jog, and its vision is a world where playing football is as popular and accessible as watching it.

Requirements

• Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community.
• Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• A strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow Stranger Soccer locally.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Northern Virginia.
• Recruit, train, and manage a local team of 2–3 people, supported by Official Hosts.
• Secure suitable football venues and establish regular playing opportunities.
• Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Work closely with Stranger Soccer headquarters, with support from established operations and technology teams.
