About The Position
Keltia Design Inc is seeking a highly experienced Avionic Technician with wire installation/routing experience and an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license for a short-term contract assignment (1-2 months with possibility to extend) in the Moses Lake, WA area. The client is offering a top rate with per diem and accommodations for the right candidate. The role involves performing assembly, installation, and testing of wire harnesses, control boxes, and electromechanical assemblies according to instructions. Responsibilities include verifying flight hardware, documenting results, performing systems tests using avionics test equipment, troubleshooting basic problems, and experience with EMC/EMI/RF testing. Experience building wire harnesses, including terminating and installing connectors, is essential.
Requirements
- Highly experienced Avionic Technician
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license certification
- Wire installation/routing experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot basic problems
- Experience building wire harnesses including terminating and installing connectors
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EMC / EMI / RF testing etc.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, installation and test tasks on wire harnesses, control boxes, and electromechanical assemblies per instructions.
- Perform verifications of flight hardware and documenting results in a clear, precise and complete manner.
- Perform systems tests using Avionic s test equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic problems.
- Experience with EMC / EMI / RF testing etc.
